Are you open on Christmas Day?

Are Christmas opening hours are as follows:

Christmas Eve, Dec 24: Open until 7pm

Christmas Day, Dec 25: CLOSED

Boxing Day, Dec 26: Open normal hours (Sicilian Avenue and Tottenham Court Road closed)

Can I order Spaghetti House to take away?

Both takeaway and click & collect options are available from all of our restaurants.

Can I use a gift voucher for takeaway?

Our vouchers are only able to be used when you dine with us in person in one of our restaurants.

They are valid for a year after they are purchased (the expiry date will be on the back of the voucher).

I want to buy a gift voucher, how do I do this?

You can buy vouchers through our Spaghetti House Marcato here. These are physical vouchers that can be redeemed when you dine in any of our restaurants within one year of the send-out date.

How does gratuity work at Spaghetti House?

We believe that our staff are the beating heart of the Spaghetti House experience and we add an optional 13.5% service charge onto the bill that is shared between all team members. Please ask your server to remove this charge if you do not wish to pay gratuity.

Can I pay with cash?

We are a cashless restaurant so please have a contactless / card payment method ready when you dine with us.

What is the Pasta Masterclass and how do I attend this?

On a Saturday every month, we welcome you into our Tottenham Court Road kitchen to try your hand at creating a delicious, varied selection of pasta dishes. This is a sociable class that can be booked individually or as a group. The best part is, you get to try your creations as part of a three-course meal with wine at the end of the class!

I would like to book a private Pasta Masterclass for me and a group of people – is this possible?

Yes! Please contact marketing@spaghettihouse.co.uk if you wish to organise a Pasta Masterclass for a group of 5 – 12 people and we will try to cater to any requirements or request you may have.

I’m would like to host an event/party at Spaghetti House – how do I do this?

For bookings of more than 8 people, please contact the restaurant directly.

Our restaurants at Tottenham Court Road, Duke Street and Haymarket are equipt to host larger bookings of varying sizes. If you would like to enquire about organising an event at one of these venues, please contact the restaurant directly.

I want to be part of the Spaghetti House family! How can I apply for a job?

When is your set menu available from?

Our 2 and 3-course set menu is available all our restaurants throughout the day and offers a selection of spaghetti house favourites for a set price starting from £24.95. You can view the menu here.

Where are the ingredients in my Spaghetti House favourites sourced from?

We take pride in ensuring we use only quality, sustainable suppliers for the ingredients that go into all of our dishes. You can find out more about our suppliers here.

Is your meat halal? 

Our meat options are not halal at the moment. However, we do offer a range of meat-free and vegetation options throughout our menu that you can enjoy as an alternative.

Do you cater for food allergies or special dietary requests?

Please inform your waiter of any allergies, intolerances or dietary choices when you arrive.  Some requirements may involve us informing our chefs and wherever possible, we will cater for special dietary requests. You can view our allergen menu here or ask for a printed copy in our restaurants where a member of staff will be happy to discuss it with you.

We have gluten-free pasta and pizza available on request as well as vegetarian and vegan options (including a vegan cheese alternative!).

Can I bring my dog? 

Although we do not allow non-service animals inside our restaurants, dogs are more than welcome if you are dining al fresco (available in the majority of our restaurants – which you can check before your visit here)

Do your restaurants have disabled access?

The majority of our restaurants have disabled access. Our restaurants in Cranbourn Street, Oxford Street and Haymarket have limited disabled access.

If you require any special adjustments to make your dining experience more comfortable, please let the restaurant know before your booking and we will cater for you wherever possible.

Can I book a table outside?

If you would like to sit outside at one of our restaurants with al fresco dining options, please contact the restaurants directly.

Can I change my reservation?

If your booking details have changed just cancel your original online booking and re-book with the updated details. You can cancel by clicking on the link in your booking confirmation email. Alternatively, you can give the restaurant a call.

How do I book a table?

You can reserve a table online by clicking here and selecting the restaurant you wish to visit, or just give the restaurant a call directly.
