This is a hands-on course with the opportunity to create some delicious traditional Italian desserts from start to finish and you will learn how to master:
Tiramisu, in its simplicity something that always takes your breath away Pannacotta, different presentation and styles, what are the best ingredients and how to tweak this recipe to go from a weekday treat to a wow dessert for a dinner party.
Different version of this Chocolate cake have been created over the last few decades as it’s 4 ingredients recipe can be adapted to most dietary requirements.
Main Goal of this course is to show our guests how quick and easy it is to make an Italian dessert and how practical those dishes can be for any occasion

10.45am Arrival at 15 Goodge Street Spaghetti House London W1T 2PQ
Coffees & Biscuits on arrival
11am Class start
12.30pm /12.45pm Taste your creations

Recipes and training will be focused on:
Tiramisu
Pannacotta with red berries coulis
Flourless Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Ice cream

What’s included:
All the ingredients and tools for the hands-on and cooking demonstration
Morning and throughout the day refreshments
Enjoy your creation with some prosecco and Bellini’s

What you need:
Wear comfortable clothes, a short sleeved t-shirt, and flat shoes.
Please, if possible, avoid wearing nail polish and hand jewellery.
