This is a hands-on course with the opportunity to make and cook Italian pasta from start to finish and you will learn how to master:

Make fresh egg pasta
Use a pasta machine
Make spaghetti chitarra
Learn how to make a filling for pasta
Roll and fold ravioli
Learn how to make gnocchi
The best cooking technique for the perfect pasta al dente
To match pasta and sauces




Course Format
6pm Prosecco and nibbles on arrival at 15 Goodge Street Spaghetti House London W1T 2PQ

6pm Class start
8 /8:15 3 course dinner where you will taste your creation.



Recipes and training will be focused on:
Spaghetti chitarra with tomato, basil & mozzarella
Braised beef ravioli butter & rosemary
Gnocchi with basil pesto





What’s included:
All the ingredients and tools for the hands-on and cooking demonstration
Morning and throughout the day refreshments
3 courses lunch with wines and a glass of Prosecco
Course Apron for you to take home
Pasta Class recipes



What you need:
Wear comfortable clothes, a short sleeved t-shirt, and flat shoes.
Please, if possible, avoid wearing nail polish and hand jewellery.
