This is a hands-on course with the opportunity to make and cook Italian pasta from start to finish and you will learn how to master:
Make fresh egg pasta
Use a pasta machine
Make Tagliatelle Pasta
Learn how to make a filling for pasta
Roll and fold Cappelletti
Learn how to make gnocchi
The best cooking technique for the perfect pasta al dente
To match pasta and sauces

10.30am Arrival at 15 Goodge Street Spaghetti House London W1T 2PQ
Cappuccino or espresso & Italian pastries available
11am Class start
12.30pm /12.45pm 3 course lunch where you will taste your creation.

Tagliatelle with wild mushroom
Cappelletti in creamy Parmesan sauce
Potato gnocchi with tomato & basil sauce

What you need:
Wear comfortable clothes, a short sleeved t-shirt, and flat shoes.
