This is a hands-on course with the opportunity to make and cook Italian pasta from start to finish and you will learn how to master:
Make fresh pasta, use a pasta machine.
Learn how to make a filling for pasta, roll and fold ravioli and fazzoletti and how to make gnocchi.
The best cooking technique for the perfect pasta al dente
How to match pasta and sauces

Course Format
6.15pm Prosecco and nibbles on arrival at 15 Goodge Street Spaghetti House London W1T 2PQ
6:30pm Class start
8.00pm /8.15pm 3 course lunch where you will taste your creation.

Recipes and training will be focused on:
Fazzoletti with walnuts sauce
Braised beef ravioli butter & rosemary
Spinach and potato gnocchi with gorgonzola sauce

What’s included:
All the ingredients and tools for the hands-on and cooking demonstration
Morning and throughout the day refreshments
3 courses lunch with wines and a glass of Prosecco

What you need:
Wear comfortable clothes, a short sleeved t-shirt, and flat shoes.
Please, if possible, avoid wearing nail polish and hand jewellery.
