This is a hands-on course with the opportunity to make and cook Italian pasta from start to finish and you will learn how to master:
Make fresh vegan pasta, use a pasta machine and cut Tagliatelle.
Learn how to make a filling for pasta, roll and fold tortelloni and how to make gnocchi.
The best cooking technique for the perfect pasta al dente
How to match pasta and sauces

11am Class start
12.30pm /12.45pm 3 course lunch where you will taste your creation.
Training will focus on:
Tagliatelle with Bolognese sauce
Gorgonzola tortelloni with pumpkin cream sauce
Potato gnocchi with tomato & basil
All the ingredients and tools for the hands-on and cooking demonstration
Evening and throughout the day refreshments
3 courses lunch with wines
Course Apron for you to take home
Pasta Class recipes
What you need:
Wear comfortable clothes, a short sleeved t-shirt, and flat shoes.
Please, if possible, avoid wearing nail polish and hand jewellery.
