The menu would be (Pan fried prawns with chilli & garlic, Impepata di cozze in tomato sauce, Oven roasted seabass with seasonal veggies)

This is an intermediate level hands-on course with the opportunity to learn how to handle the majority of shellfish, molluscs & white fishes and you will learn how to master:
Shell Prawns, different cleaning methods and cooking procedures. How to use the shells to make a yummy stock
Molluscs cleaning methods, understanding the freshness, different cooking techniques.
Put all your knife skills, with a good dose of patients to good use in learning how to fillet, pin bone and preserve your fish fillets.
How to match different types of seafood with different sauces and cooking methods along with a little wine pairing.

10.45am Arrival at 15 Goodge Street Spaghetti House London W1T 2PQ
Cappuccino or espresso & Italian pastries available
11am Class start
12.30pm /12.45pm 3 course lunch where you will taste your creation.

Recipes and training will be focused on:
How to clean Tiger Prawns
How to clean and cook Mussels
How to fillet and pin bone a Seabass
How to prepare a fish stock

What’s included:
All the ingredients and tools for the hands-on and cooking demonstration
Morning and throughout the day refreshments
3 courses lunch with wines and a glass of Prosecco
Course Apron for you to take home
Fishery Class recipes

What you need:
Wear comfortable clothes, a short sleeved t-shirt, and flat shoes.
Please, if possible, avoid wearing nail polish and hand jewellery.
