This is a hands-on course with the opportunity to bake some delicious Italian recipes from start to finish and you will learn how to master:
Getting familiar with different types of flours, raising agents & kneading techniques.
Understanding the various phases of raising, resting and temperature control of your dough.
The best cooking technique for your pizza and bread using a domestic oven
How to make your bread last longer, how to preserve it and regenerate it when needed.

11am Class start
12.30pm /12.45pm 3 course lunch where you will taste your creation.

Home-made Focaccia Ligure with olives & onions
Home made Pizza al taglio
All the ingredients and tools for the hands-on and cooking demonstration
Morning and throughout the day refreshments
3 courses lunch with wines and a glass of Prosecco
Course Apron for you to take home
Bakery Class recipes
What you need:
Wear comfortable clothes, a short sleeved t-shirt, and flat shoes.
Please, if possible, avoid wearing nail polish and hand jewellery.
