This is a hands-on course with the opportunity to make and cook Italian pasta from start to finish and you will learn how to master:

Make fresh egg pasta
Use a pasta machine
Make Tagliatelle Pasta
Learn how to make a filling for pasta
Roll and fold tortelloni
Learn how to make gnocchi
The best cooking technique for the perfect pasta al dente
To match pasta and sauces



Course Format
10.30am Arrival at 15 Goodge Street Spaghetti House London W1T2PQ
Enjoy Cappuccino, espresso and Italian pastries

11.00am Class start
12.30 /12.45 3 course lunch where you will taste your creation



Recipes and training will be focused on:
Tagliatelle Bolognese
Ricotta & spinach tortelloni butter & sage
Potato gnocchi with gorgonzola sauce





What’s included:
All the ingredients and tools for the hands-on and cooking demonstration
Morning and throughout the day refreshments
3 courses lunch with wines and a glass of Prosecco

What you need:
Wear comfortable clothes, a short sleeved t-shirt, and flat shoes.
Please, if possible, avoid wearing nail polish and hand jewellery.
