We think it is important that you hear directly from us about the safety measures and operational changes we have enacted to keep you the customers and our employees safe during this post lockdown Covid - 19 return to work.
Whilst our business has been significantly impacted by this crisis, as restaurateurs we remain committed to our values of being able to welcome you and providing the best food, service and value experience we can.
Our prime focus in these times remains on the health and safety of our employees and customers while doing our part to restrict and stop the spread of COVID-19. We know it is critical for us to be transparent with information, and to be as proactive and responsive as we can be.
Based on what we know there is likely to be disruption and uncertainty for some time to come so our procedures will be under constant review and over time best practices may be adapted or expanded as measures continue to be eased based on guidance from Government and Public Health authorities.
Cleaning and Sanitation
Our employees strictly adhere to Spaghetti House operating and Health & safety and COVID -19 secure Government guidelines at the highest level of compliance. All touch points such as door handles, restrooms, keypads, rubbish bins, tables, chairs and any service items are cleaned and sanitized at an increased frequency. Hand washing and glove changing have been mandated in our standard operating procedures, and we have enhanced these protocols with an addition of hand sanitizer available to customers
Employee Health and Wellness
We continue to reinforce our policy for employees reporting illness. Restaurants report directly to head office if an employee is suspected to have been exposed to COVID-19, and we are ensuring those employees do not come to work. If there is concern for an employee, be it COVID-19 exposure or suspected illness, we will work with local health department to sanitize and close restaurants as necessary.
As well as the introduction of cashless payment solutions we are also provide contactless pickup and delivery through our partners. Hours and operations will vary slightly, but all of our restaurants will offer a mix of take away, pre order with pickup (via online ordering) and delivery through UberEats. We continue to adhere to government mandates and local guidelines for restaurant operations, but as London begins to reopen businesses, we will be conscious to act with your best interest and safety in mind maintaining social distancing measures
Our employees continue to show why they are the best in the business, upholding our brand promise in the most difficult of circumstances. We are humbled, and couldn’t be prouder.
This situation continues to change daily and as such, we closely follow the Governmental guidance provided, in addition, we promise to do all that we can to keep our employees, customers and the community safe – all while delivering you the best dining experience.
