As part of the Management team, you give support to both the Restautant Manager and Assistant Manager, as well as overseeing the floor staff. You train and assist your front of house staff, and make sure the team provide exceptional service at all times.
As a talented head chef your passion for Italian cuisine will inspire the whole brigade. Using only the finest and freshest ingredients your team will learn from your strong commitment to the company high standards. Your focus will be on succession planning for your kitchen team, food cost analysis and driving food quality to its maximum potential. Your excellent communication skills will inspire your team to perform with pride.
The kitchen is where the real action happens! As a Sous Chef you support the Head Chef to ensure the kitchen runs as it should and that all meals reflect the Spaghetti House standards.
Don’t worry if you haven’t had any formal training as a Cook. As long as you have had some experience in a catering environment and have genuine love of food, we will give you all the training you need.
In return you should be enthusiastic about what you do and willing to learn.
You should also be able to work under pressure – our kitchens get very busy!!
