Native Lobster Specials
Summer is the best time to savour native lobster, especially from the South West coast of England, where we source our lobsters. Lobsters love these warm seasonal waters, and wake up through this period after the long winter hibernation.
Lobster meat is a a delicious and nutritious food, low in fat and high in protein, and good source of omega 3-fatty acids, vitamin B12, and zinc among other nutrients.
Our Chef created 3 fresh and tasty summer specials, available in all Spaghetti House from the 18th July to the 27th August:
Spaghetti all’Aragosta, a Spaghetti House signature dish, will feature on the menu at £21.95, made with juicy, flavoursome San Marzano and cherry tomatoes, garlic and chilli, it’s a show-stopper and a very tasty treat.
There is also Lobster & Prawn Brioche Roll, the chef’s Italian take on a lobster burger, with lime mayonnaise, chives, tomato and lettuce, and smoked paprika chips at £14.50; and Aragosta alla Catalana - served as a cold platter with tiger prawns, baby gem, rocket avocado, samphire, and citrus dressing at £18.50.
